EDISON, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 03/31/09 -- I-many, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMNY), a leading provider of contract management software and services for the enterprise, has signed three major software license and support agreements in the first quarter of 2009 with a combined valued of $3.0 million. Two of the transactions were with Fortune 50 companies and both ranged in the seven figures for total committed license and support fees.
These customers extended their long-term relationships with I-many by making multi-year commitments to I-many's contract management suite, with options tailored to meet their unique business needs. One of the seven figure deals was a subscription and the other two transactions were perpetual licenses. All include maintenance and support which helps secure I-many's long term recurring revenue stream. The transactions were in both the Life Sciences and Industry Solutions segments of I-many's business.
