AMBER Ready Board of Directors Announces New CEO

ROCKAWAY, N.J. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- AMBER Ready, the provider of innovative child safety cell phone technology that shortens alert times for missing or abducted children, today announced that the Board of Directors voted to remove Kai Patterson as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Patterson will no longer hold any executive position within the company.

The Board also voted to appoint Frank DelVecchio, the company’s Senior Vice President and board member, to Chief Executive Officer in order to insure continuity and integrity to the company’s mission. Frank DelVecchio is the former Director of Public Safety for the County of Bergen, New Jersey and Deputy Police Chief of the Fairview, New Jersey Police Department.

As a result of his removal, Kai Patterson has no authority to speak, issue policies, statements, mandates, or directives on behalf of the company or act directly or indirectly on behalf of the company.
