Youbet.com Appoints Dawn Haden as President of United Tote Effective November 1, 2009

BURBANK, Calif. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Youbet.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: UBET) announced today that Jeff True has decided to resign from the position of President of United Tote, effective November 1, 2009, to pursue other opportunities and that effective as of that date, Dawn Haden will be promoted to the position of President of United Tote. Mr. True had been with the company for over six years, initially serving as General Manager for the western United States and then accepting the position of President of United Tote in 2006.

Prior to joining Youbet in 2008, Ms. Haden spent the previous twelve years working with technology leaders including Orbitz.com, Careerbuilder.com, CIMCO Communications and J3 Corporation, tasked with streamlining operations and organizational design, with a focus on maximizing corporate profitability. Ms. Haden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kentucky.
