Douglas Hard Joins Diamond V as Director of Regulatory Affairs

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Diamond V^® Mills, the global leader in fermentation technology, has hired Douglas Hard, Ph.D., as director of regulatory affairs. Dr. Hard will be responsible for providing leadership to develop and execute global regulatory strategies and compliance, as well as all other regulatory policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Diamond V, Dr. Hard served in numerous vice president and director positions with Monsanto, including key roles in the development and commercialization of POSILAC. Most recently, he was the president of DLHARD Consulting, Inc. working primarily on science and regulatory related issues under contract with Monsanto.

An Iowa State University graduate, Dr. Hard holds a doctorate in reproductive physiology. He lives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with his wife and family.
