Anthony Garcia Joins Meridian Partners to Lead the Professional Services Division

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Meridian Partners, an SAP Services Partner specializing in SAP implementations, upgrades, maintenance/support, business information services and strategic staffing, announced today that Mr. Anthony Garcia has joined the firm to lead the Professional Services division.

Mr. Garcia has over twelve years of proven experience working with Public Sector executives to maximize the business and technical benefits of their SAP solution. As a former SAP client and employee, Mr. Garcia has also managed functional and technical teams for SAP implementations, upgrades and enhancements in areas such as Finance, Human Resources and Business Intelligence, as well as ARRA Stimulus reporting and setting up a shared service center.

Mr. Garcia’s broad based knowledge of SAP’s suite of products and proven ability to customize SAP solutions to specific public sector clients needs have helped many clients realize the value of their SAP investment. In a recent project, Mr. Garcia worked as a consultant for the State of South Carolina as the Program Manager/Enterprise Architect and Strategic Advisor for Pre and Post SAP implementation activities which included leading the State to receive SAP certification for a Customer Center of Excellence. As the former SAP Public Sector ASUG SIG Chair, he understands the pain points that clients face in today’s challenging environment.
