SAN DIEGO--- ARCOMS Names Steven H. Gardner as Chief Technology Officer

Advanced Remote Communication Solutions Inc. (ARCOMS) (PinkSheets:BTRK), a global provider of innovative remote communication solutions, has named Steven H. Gardner as chief technical officer.

Gardner co-founded Istari Design, a start-up company providing advanced communications systems which was acquired by Conexant Systems in 1999, where Gardner most recently served as director of engineering.

Gardner brings extensive expertise in state-of-the-art digital communication systems for both wireless and wired applications, including management and technical leadership of system design and solutions development. Holder of over a dozen patents (both solely and with associates), Gardner has been a mainstay of the San Diego engineering community, with previous positions at Qualcomm Inc., PCSI, and Linkabit Corp.
