EMERYVILLE--- Planitax Establishes Board of Advisors and Appoints Six Inaugural Members; Seasoned Industry Experts Join the Plan

The Planitax Board is made up of senior executives and tax luminaries representing a variety of prominent firms and sectors of tax, law and technology.

The founding members of the Planitax Board of Advisors include:

Tony Castellanos -- Castellanos, chief tax and administrative officer at SOFTBANK, manages tax structuring for the company's operations outside of Japan, including its private equity funds and investments, as well as its administrative and HR matters. Previously, Castellanos served as the lead tax partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers for several multinational client engagements.

Cliff Jernigan -- Jernigan is a sole practitioner at his own law firm, focusing in two areas: federal tax audit strategy and representation before the California Legislature and the U.S. Congress. From 2001 - 2005, he served in the top management of the IRS and from 1979 - 2001 he was Director of Taxes and General Tax Counsel and Worldwide Director of Government Affairs at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). Throughout his career, Jernigan also held corporate tax counsel positions at Bank of America, Stauffer Chemical Company and Dole Foods.

Pamela Packard -- Packard, former Vice Chairman and National Business Line Leader of Tax Service at BDO Seidman, LLP, served the company for 25 years. She also worked on the company's board of directors and was a past president of the Financial Women's Association of New York. Packard currently serves as the Chair of the Audit committee and is a published author, editor and speaker on tax topics, and business strategy and leadership issues.

Bob Perlman -- Perlman was with Intel from 1978 to 2001, during which time he held multiple positions in the corporate tax department and chaired the company's Government Affairs Council. Prior to Intel, he held positions at Memorex Corporation, Norton Simon, Inc., Touche Ross and Company, and served until 2004 as a Director in the Washington National Tax Service office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Warren Richards -- Richards, founder of CORPTAX, implemented this innovative technology into more than 1,000 of the largest corporate tax departments, including 40 percent of the Fortune 500. The CORPTAX technology was later sold to Deloitte and Touche.

Glen Rossman -- Rossman, former Vice President of Global Taxation for Cisco Systems, from 1998 to 2004 was directly responsible for all income, federal, franchise, sales/use, property and local county taxes.

Additionally, Rossman was a partner at Coopers & Lybrand from 1998 to 2004 and managed the company's San Jose, California tax practice. Prior to Coopers & Lybrand, he served as Tax Chair of the global high-technology tax practice at Arthur Andersen, while also managing the San Jose, California tax practice.

Planitax will work closely with this Board to develop strategies and enhance the company's technology solution for corporate tax departments. The Board will advise Planitax about key trends and challenges in the legal realm, general business market and corporate tax departments, as well as providing input and feedback about the company's key product offerings.
