IntelliDOT(TM) Corporation Announces Key Executive Changes
IntelliDOT Corporation, a San Diego-based healthcare technology company, today announced the appointment of Thomas G. Klopack as president and chief executive officer of the firm. Gerald E. Forth, the current president and CEO, has been elected to the newly created position of chairman of the IntelliDOT board of directors.
In his new role, Klopack will provide overall executive leadership as the company continues to expand the rollout of its CAREt(TM) System to hospitals and healthcare providers nationwide. He will report directly to the IntelliDOT board of directors, and has been elected a director of the company as well.

Prior to joining IntelliDOT, Klopack served as COO of Aurora Biosciences in San Diego, CA, and more recently as CEO of Aclara Biosciences in Mountain View, CA. He holds an engineering degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and a MBA from the Harvard Business School. Together his executive experience and knowledge of the biotechnology field give him a unique understanding of the demands of an emerging company like IntelliDOT.
Mr. Forth has served as president and CEO of IntelliDOT Corporation since the company's founding in 2003. He is the past CEO of Pyxis Corporation and EdiX, both in San Diego, and has previously held senior positions with American Hospital Supply and Baxter Healthcare. In his new role as chairman, Mr. Forth will continue to provide leadership and continuity in business strategy to the company.
