Leading Mexican Outsourcer Selects Captiva's Input Management Software for Improved Productivity
Captiva Software Corporation (NASDAQ:CPTV), a leading provider of input management solutions, today announced that Centro de Soluciones en Informatica, a leading business process outsourcer (BPO) in Mexico, has selected Captiva's FormWare(R) and InputAccel(R) software to capture and process information from millions of forms and documents annually. The value of the contract to Captiva exceeds $300,000.
Centro de Soluciones en Informatica will implement the solutions to capture and transform information from new account enrollments, credit card applications, census forms and other documents into electronic data for its retail, financial services and government customers. The company currently utilizes a staff of more than 400 data entry operators to manually key data contained on such forms and documents. By automating the input management process, Centro de Soluciones en Informatica will be able to reduce costs, increase productivity and speed the delivery of information to its customers.
