SAN DIEGO--- Abovehealth Appoints New Vice President of Client Services; Joseph Lacaria Brings More Than Two Decades of IT and H

Abovehealth(R), a leading eHealth solution provider, today announced the appointment of Joseph Lacaria as Vice President of Client Services. In this key role, Lacaria will be responsible for client account management, project management, customer support, and product training. With extensive experience interfacing with clients and formulating their needs into actionable items for technical team members, Lacaria will play an integral role in shaping the company's product implementation process.

Lacaria brings more than 20 years of experience in the information technology industry to his new position. Prior to joining Abovehealth, he was Director of Product Management at MedImpact Healthcare Systems. His experience includes managing all aspects of IT services including software development, IT operations, client services, product management, and building professional services organizations across the United States and in Europe. For the last five years he has focused on complex web-based software development and support of healthcare transactional systems that process half a million claims per day.
