Leading Outsourcer Selects Captiva's Input Management Software to Improve Productivity; Resolve Corporation to Use FormWare and
Captiva Software Corporation (NASDAQ:CPTV), a leading provider of input management solutions, today announced that Resolve Corporation, a leading business process outsourcer (BPO) in North America, has selected Captiva's FormWare(R) and InputAccel(R) software to capture and process information from approximately 2.5 million forms and documents annually. The value of the contract to Captiva is in excess of $250,000.
Resolve will implement the solution to capture and transform information from new account enrollments, loan and credit card applications, customer loyalty programs, health plan administration and other forms and documents into electronic data for its customers. By automating the input management process, Resolve will be able to reduce costs, increase productivity and speed the delivery of information to its customers.
