A.M. Best’s 2011 Regulatory Filing Software Download Available

OLDWICK, N.J. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- A.M. Best Co. has released the annual edition of the BestESPServices – US software, which includes 2011 Property/Casualty, Life, Health, Separate Accounts and Title statements, as well as the Risk-Based Capital Reports and New York Supplement. BestESP Services – US, a Microsoft Windows-based software package, allows insurance companies to prepare, print and file quarterly and annual statements that comply with all NAIC and New York state regulatory requirements.

Enhancements to this year’s software features include:

• Worksheet Page Data Transfer Form – Multiple rows and columns of worksheet data can be incorporated from an external source using standard copy and paste keystrokes into the statement page utilizing this form.
• List Page Data Editing – Multiple records of list page data can be entered and edited using these new items found under the “Edit” menu: Copy Record, Paste Record, Cut Record, Delete Record.
• Enhanced Annual Statement Setup – Several options have been added to guide you through annual statement setup and completion, including: Data Entry Marking, Prior-Year Data Migration, and Supplemental and All Other Interrogatory Defaults.
• List Page Decimal Data – Decimal data capabilities have been added, enabling users to enter, calculate, display and print data as a rounded number or with four-decimal precision.
• Schedule P Generator – Use this alternative method to enter information by line of business and generate statement data for a set of associated pages. Data is incorporated automatically into your statement without the need for additional steps and can be viewed immediately from the Page List.
