FBI Director Robert Mueller to Keynote RSA Conference 2012

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RSA^® Conference, the world’s leading information security conferences and expositions, today announced that FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III will keynote RSA Conference 2012 in San Francisco on Thursday, March 1. Director Mueller will address the information security audience with his presentation “Combating Threats in the Cyber World: Outsmarting Terrorists, Hackers and Spies.”

Mueller is the sixth Director of the FBI and was sworn in as Director on September 4, 2001. His ten-year term as Director was recently extended for an additional two years. At RSA Conference 2012 Director Mueller will discuss the top cyber threats to the nation’s security and economic prosperity, what the FBI is doing to combat those threats and why it is imperative that law enforcement and the private sector work together to protect the safety and security of U.S. citizens. Also taking the stage at RSA Conference 2012 will be Sal Khan of the Khan Academy.
