MTI consolidated distributed storage from 25 servers and Aspen's aging EMC Symmetrix system to a new CLARiiON CX700 storage array, which improved application performance and provided greater scalability and reduced operational costs. The flexibility of the new CX700 SAN enables Aspen to easily grow their storage environment without detriment to their business applications as they continue to expand their business. MTI's Professional Services consultants conducted an in-depth discovery assessment to determine current application performance requirements and storage needs. MTI was then able to recommend a CX700 storage array as the correct strategic solution to support Aspen's current and foreseeable needs. MTI's Professional Services consultants successfully implemented the new CX700 and migrated critical data and applications onto the new array with little interruption to Aspen's daily business operations.
