Bitzer Mobile Adds Sales and Technology Experts to its Executive Team

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Bitzer Mobile, an enterprise mobility solution provider that redefines secure access to corporate applications on mobile devices, today announced it has added two vice presidents to its executive team. Dr. John Boyer joins as VP of Engineering and Alan Hahn joins as VP of Worldwide Sales.

John Boyer is an accomplished technology executive with significant success building and leading productive and agile teams. He brings to Bitzer broad experience in engineering management, product and technology strategy, information security, advanced research, project management, large-scale enterprise software deployment, and software architecture. John most recently worked as the senior vice president of engineering and chief architect at ActivIdentity. He holds Ph.D and M.A.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering, as well as a B.Eng. degree in Computer System Engineering, from Carleton University, Canada. He is published extensively in international journals and conferences in the field of wireless communications and holds a number of patents granted and pending in the fields of information security and authentication.

Alan Hahn brings strategic and tactical planning from building and managing teams ranging in size from 25 to 1,300. Alan has been sales person number one at several successful startups, including Scale Computing, which he grew from inception to $100M with over 400 channel partners in three years. He has successfully grown a start-up from zero revenue to $200M per year, delivering a $1.1B return on a $40M investment. He knows what it takes to grow a small company. His industry experience spans network security, enterprise software solutions, computer storage and telecommunications focused on direct and channel sales to the Fortune 1000.
