Jabber, Inc. and Akonix Systems, Inc. jointly announced today that Version 5.1 of L7 Enterprise(TM) on the A-Series IM Security Appliances(TM) is the first product to offer native support for Jabber, Inc.'s EventBroker. A component of the Jabber Extensible Communications Platform (Jabber XCP), EventBroker enables customers to filter and add to real-time content streams based on keywords and other business logic. Targeted to customers where compliance, security, and real-time information sharing are paramount, both companies anticipate strong demand across the financial services and national security sectors.
