The company's flagship service product, Tilana Reserve , brings enterprise-level file protection and synchronization services into reach for SMB and home PC users, using a desktop software client to securely transmit files between the user's protected PC and personal remote storage space.
Users can choose to enable an unlimited number of computers with the free software, and synchronize files on those computers via their personal remote storage space.
Files are stored for as long as needed, and made immediately available from any PC where the Tilana Reserve software can be installed. The Tilana Reserve software is available for free download, installs in about a minute and requires little if any configuration.
After the initial upload of protected files, the software sends only changes to files as they're saved, along with any new files as they appear in protected folders on the user's computer. Version histories of protected files are stored for as long as the user wants, and kept available for immediate retrieval.
About Tilana Systems Corporation
San Diego-based Tilana Systems Corporation solves the universal problem of data protection and synchronization. Tilana's first product and service, Tilana Reserve, uses delta versioning technology that detects changes to files and only transfers modified data unobtrusively without user interaction. Users can access any previously saved version of a protected file, from any PC on the Internet where the software can be installed.
