SAN DIEGO--- Titan Energy Development, Inc. Signs Manufacturing Agreement with Tel-X

Titan Energy Worldwide (OTCBB:TEWW) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Titan Energy Development, Inc., has signed a manufacturing agreement with Tel-X Corporation to engineer and manufacture the Sentry 5000 mobile utility system. The Sentry 5000, Titan’s flagship product, allows for mobile deployment and supports emergency power generation, water purification, satellite voice and data communication, emergency area lighting, space conditioning (heat or cooling), and offers 50kW+ additional power capacity.

Tel-X is currently finishing a Sentry 5000 unit for Titan which will be delivered and installed at Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Michigan. Three additional Sentry 5000 units are slated for delivery in April and May.

“Tel-X is a strong, strategic partner for Titan,” said Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy, “Tel-X has state-of-the-art machine capabilities and 3-D modeling software and multiple computer controlled laser cutting and welding machines, a technology that has drastically improved the look, feel and quality of the product. Tel-X also has the space and ability to handle large orders that often require quick delivery.”

Tel-X Corporation is a Michigan based automotive prototype auto parts manufacture. Tel-X was founded in 1960, currently has 42 employees and resides in a 120,000 square foot facility located in Southeastern Michigan. Tel-X’s current customer list includes Ford Motor Co., Chrysler Corporation, Delphi, Visteon, and John Deere.
