DefenseWeb Technologies, Inc., a premier custom software developer and systems integrator serving Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Government organizations, announces the appointment of seven industry leaders to the company’s new Board of Advisors. The new members bring decades of senior level experience in fields that will help drive DefenseWeb’s future growth.

New members of the Board of Advisors include:

* Dr. Chip Roadman (Lt Gen. US Air Force Ret.) – Chair of the Board of Advisors for DefenseWeb. Dr. Roadman is a former Surgeon General of the Air Force and now serves as a respected industry consultant.

* LaVarne Burton - Former Deputy Assistant Secretary and Executive Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. Ms. Burton is the CEO of the American Kidney Fund.

* John Derr (CAPT USN Ret.) – Registered Pharmacist and expert in the field of long-term care. Mr. Derr is the CEO of JD & Associates Enterprises.

* Lawrence Holland (CSM USA Ret.) – Former Senior Enlisted Advisor for DoD ASD Reserve Affairs. Mr. Holland is the President LWH.

* John Hopper (Lt Gen. US Air Force Ret.) – Former Vice Commander, Air Education and Training Command. Mr. Hopper is the CEO of the Air Force Aid Society.

* Dr. James Johnson (RADM, US Navy Ret.) – Former Director of TRICARE Regional Operations – West. Dr. Johnson is an industry consultant and the CEO of Meals on Wheels San Diego.

* James Olson (RADM USCG Ret.) – Former Commander of Coast Guard District 17. Mr. Olson is a Senior Program Manager with AMTI, an operation of SAIC, and the Program Manager for the Senior Official Exercise program working with Congressionally-mandated exercises with Cabinet level and senior federal officials.

The new members of the Board of Advisors replace the previous members who remain close to the company. DefenseWeb CEO Douglas W.
