BJ’s Members can take brief surveys about Berkley & Jensen, Earth's Pride and Wellesley Farms products simply by scanning a QR code on the products’ packaging. The QR code will take BJ’s members immediately to a Custom Branded survey, where they can provide specific feedback about the product. As an incentive, members can also elect to be entered in a sweepstakes drawing for a $200 BJ’s Wholesale Club gift card.
