Richard was previously the Director of Client Service/Technical Support at Venyu Solutions, and held key leadership positions in Technical Support at FastChannel Network, Wildfire Communications, Borland International, and FTP Software. He is a member of the First Wednesday Group, a support and service executive community, and of the Association of Support Professionals. He is an ISO 9001-2008 trained Auditor. Richard earned his BS in Human Nutrition and Food from Cornell University.
Richard trained as a classic chef and owned a restaurant in New York for 10 years before embarking on his high tech career.
