Judd Law Group LLP Names Dakin Ferris as Partner

SAN FRANCISCO -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Judd Law Group LLP today announced that Dakin Ferris has been named a partner in the Firm.

Ferris is an experienced technology attorney who has represented major corporations, startups and venture-backed companies. He is a former VP and Associate General Counsel for TIBCO Software Inc., and a former Corporate Counsel for Symantec Corp. Ferris began his law career as an associate with the international law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Ferris received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and his B.A from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

As a partner with Judd Law Group, Ferris provides legal services to technology companies in the areas of software licensing, vendor/supplier contracts and trade secret protection, as well as startup general counsel services such as corporate formation and employment law issues.
