Associa University Webinar Explains How to Produce Positive Results

DALLAS -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Associa University hosts a complimentary webinar, “The Mind Games: Influencing Results,” Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 at 2 p.m. CST.

Open to the public, including homeowners association community managers and board members, webinar speaker Richard Emery discusses how to produce positive results using inherent traits.

Emery has earned the Professional Reserve Specialist from Community Associations Institute and Professional Reserve Analyst from the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts. He also co-authored the 1997 amendment to Hawaii’s condominium law that defined an association’s obligation to fund reserves.

Emery lectures at Hawaii Pacific University, and has served as international director and president of the Sales and Marketing Executives organization, serving more than 40 countries worldwide.
