(NASDAQ:LEAP), a leading provider of innovative and value-driven wireless communications services, today announced the appointment of Colin Holland as senior vice president, engineering & technical operations, Jeff Nachbor as senior vice president, financial operations and the promotion of Greg Post to senior vice president, field sales and field operations. Each of these executives brings extensive experience with a strong focus on strategic, cost-efficient growth.
Colin Holland recently joined Leap as senior vice president, engineering and technical operations. A seasoned wireless veteran, Holland is responsible for overseeing the Company’s field technical operations and corporate engineering teams.
Holland has more than 25 years of experience in the North American telecommunications industry, with 19 years dedicated to the wireless segment. Most recently he served as the west region vice president, engineering and operations for Sprint Nextel. Holland began his wireless career building the West region for Rogers Cantel in Canada, and has also held senior management positions with AT&T Wireless and Nextel, helping to lead these organizations through rapid growth periods while delivering cost-effective, high quality networks. He holds a degree in business studies from the University of London, England, and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Jeff Nachbor joins Leap to serve as senior vice president, financial operations. In this role, he will assume responsibility for financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial management.
He has more than 20 years experience and expertise in corporate finance with high-growth, world-class organizations in the retail, telecommunications, accounting and financial services organizations.
Nachbor most recently served as the senior vice president & corporate controller for H&R Block in Kansas City, Missouri where he lead key strategic initiatives and had responsibility for all finance functions. In addition he has held senior-level financial positions with Sharper Image Corp., Staples, Inc., LimitedBrands, Inc. and YUM! Brands, Inc. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kansas and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Old Dominion University.
Greg Post joined Leap in 2004 as a regional vice president and has approximately 25 years of extensive telecommunications and business development experience. In his new position, Post will be responsible for leading the company’s field sales organization and overseeing sales and operational activities in existing Cricket markets in the eastern part of the U.S.
Post joined Leap from Infospace, Inc., where he served as vice president of worldwide sales. During his tenure at Infospace, Post was responsible for wireless data sales to major carriers in the US and Europe. Prior to joining Infospace, Post had significant and varied experience in international business development, marketing and sales including five years with Nextel Communications, Inc. Post holds a degree in personnel administration from the University of Kansas and completed the advanced management college program at Stanford.
