Colonel Frank Rodgers (Ret.) and Captain Ronald E. Brooks to the company’s Advisory Board. Mr. Brooks and Mr. Rodgers join a distinguished group of advisors that includes General Barry McCaffrey (Ret.), General Wesley Clark (Ret.), and The Honorable Tom Ridge. Members of the advisory board provide business advice and strategic insight that enables Mutualink to maintain a leadership role in the interoperable communications sector.
Frank Rodgers served more than twenty-five years in the New Jersey State Police before retiring as a Lt. Colonel and the Deputy Superintendent in 2007. Lt. Colonel Rodgers also served as the Police Director of the New Jersey State Park Police in the Department of Environmental Protection. In 2008, he formed a private consulting company to develop policy and training for New Jersey law enforcement agencies.
Ronald Brooks is a Captain with the San Mateo County California Sherriff’s Office and serves as the Director of the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC). Captain Brooks is a thirty-seven year veteran law enforcement officer, with more than thirty years spent in narcotic enforcement and criminal intelligence assignments.
