WALTHAM, Mass. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Profitect announced today that Mike Mitchell has joined the company as Director of Global Professional Services. In his role at Profitect, Mitchell will lead the company’s project management and business consulting efforts.
Prior to joining Profitect, Mitchell served as vice president of customer service for Agilence, Inc., overseeing all product implementation, support, and professional auditing services.

Mitchell was the first full-time employee at Retail Expert, Inc., rising in role from project analyst to director of customer service. Following Retail Expert’s acquisition by Tyco International, Mitchell was appointed as head of professional services for Tyco’s Store Performance Solutions group.
