SAN DIEGO--- Mike Glickenhaus Named President and CEO of VMIX

VMIX, a leading provider of media management software and services for online publishers, today named Mike Glickenhaus President and Chief Executive Officer. Glickenhaus was recruited by VMIX Chairman of the Board and co-founder Greg Kostello, who will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer.

As CEO, Glickenhaus brings 27 years of senior management experience in broadcasting and publishing as the company seeks to expand its reach.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Glickenhaus founded Finest City Broadcasting to acquire three San Diego radio stations from Clear Channel Communications. As President and CEO, Glickenhaus raised $110 million in equity and debt to close the transaction. He has also done extensive consulting work with broadcast companies and research and analysis for both private equity companies and private investors in the media sector.

Before founding Finest City Broadcasting, Glickenhaus spent ten years as Vice President Market Manager for Clear Channel and Jacor. Glickenhaus plans to focus his energies on extending the company's lead in delivering its software platform and opening new avenues for media consumption, usage and revenue opportunities.
