VERSAR, Inc. (Amex:VSR) announced today that its wholly-owned international subsidiary, VIAP, Inc., was awarded a task order, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract from the US Army Corps of Engineers worth up to $14 million over three years. Versar expects USACE to begin issuing task orders for engineering management and assessment services under this contract starting in June 2008.
The contract will allow Versar to assess the current state of construction in Northern Iraq, plan for future projects, and provide quality assurance services at current projects.
