GREENBELT, Md. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ASRC Federal has promoted Charles “Chuck” Hicks to senior vice president, finance and business operations. In his new position, Hicks ensures effective use of company resources and is responsible for oversight and management of finance, pricing, government accounting and compliance, and program control.

Hicks is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in finance and operations. Prior to joining ASRC Federal last February as vice president, finance and business operations, he was senior vice president and chief financial officer for USIS. He previously worked as vice president of finance for SAIC’s mission integration business unit in the intelligence, security and technology group.
Hicks has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park. He served six years in the U.S. Navy.
