McKee’s research examines the development of mobile devices being used in the physical world for payments and other forms of transactions. Before joining Yankee Group, he served as a market research analyst at OnProcess Technology, performing statistical analysis in the areas of reverse logistics, service supply chain optimization and customer experience management.
Rubin, whose research focuses on mobile and connected devices, is principal analyst at Reticle Research, an advisory services and consulting firm helping clients benefit from insights into shifting consumer technologies. Prior to founding Reticle Research, he was Executive Director and principal analyst at The NPD Group. Wester is a technology writer and industry analyst with more than 15 years’ experience in the technology and payments sectors and is the founding editor for Mobile Payments Today. His work focuses on the fast moving mobile money ecosystem.
