Damballa Appoints Jennifer Byrne Vice President of Global Alliances

ATLANTA -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Damballa Inc., the recognized experts in advanced threat protection, today announced that it has named Jennifer Byrne as vice president of global alliances. Byrne has 15 years of technology industry experience and a successful track record leading large enterprise sales teams, managing global accounts and implementing go-to-market strategies and associated alliances.

Reporting to the CEO, Byrne will focus on developing strategic technology partnerships that complement the company’s advanced threat protection solution for enterprise networks, Damballa Failsafe, and its leading solution for detecting infected subscribers in ISP and telecommunication operator networks, Damballa CSP.

Before McAfee, Byrne was regional sales manager at Symantec where she successfully led teams that managed some of its largest enterprise accounts.
