Mr. Mills has been in the electronics industry for 22 years, of which 18 were spent with GE Aviation in Clearwater, Florida in roles such as Senior Avionics Technician, Technical Support Engineer, Technical Trainer and Reliability Engineering for several US military aircraft avionics / component platforms. Mr. Mill’s impressive resume doesn’t stop there, he also brings with him an array of industry certifications which include: Lean, Lean Sigma management concepts, IPC Instructor (IPC-J-STD, IPC-A-610, IPC 7711/7712), ESD training and consulting, and lead auditing experience in ISO 9001, AS9100 and AS9120.
