The Multi-Family module of BuilderMT’s WMS is the only integrated multi-family scheduling system on the market that allows the builder to link multiple schedules together and thus see a complete scheduling calendar for the project or building, including the scheduling of trades and suppliers needed to complete the interior aspects of multiple units.
The Multi-Family module of BuilderMT’s WMS now includes estimating, budgeting, purchasing and scheduling. All of these functions are integrated into BuilderMT’s cost accounting system, which allows multi-family builders to analyze costs at the building level, as well as the unit level. It even allows for a pro-rata share of the building shell costs to be allocated down to the units based upon a per-square-foot calculation.
