ARLINGTON, Va., Feb. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ATK (NYSE: ATK) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share. The dividend will be payable March 28, 2013, to stockholders of record as of March 5, 2013.
