B3 Solutions Promotes Mark Schuler As President

ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- B3 Solutions, LLC, a provider of customer-focused services and solutions that enable government organizations to optimize their performance, announced today that it has promoted Mark Schuler as president.

Schuler, who will continue his duties as chief financial officer (CFO), has more than 35 years of results-oriented experience in the government support services sector. During his tenure as CFO, Schuler oversaw significant corporate growth in the company – tripling revenues and significantly increasing staff levels. As a result, B3 Solutions was recognized two years in a row as one of the America’s fastest growing private-sector companies by Inc. Magazine.

He has overseen and implemented aggressive growth strategies, raised money for acquisition financing and working capital needs, negotiated mergers and acquisitions, introduced corporate re-organization, and implemented cost restructuring plans.

Schuler has a degree in accounting from King’s College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Virginia. He is a member of the American and Virginia Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, the National Contract Management Association and the Northern Virginia Technology Council.
