LRES Names Rick Martinez as Director of Sales

ORANGE, Calif. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- LRES, a national provider of commercial and residential valuations and asset management for the mortgage, banking, credit union and real estate industries, welcomes Rick Martinez as its new director of sales. In this role, Martinez is responsible for business development and account management.

Prior to joining LRES, Martinez served as the senior account executive at Affiliated Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of Benchmark Bank in Plano, Texas, where he helped develop relationships with mortgage bankers, boosted sales within his territory and worked closely with senior-level staff to help solicit and originate loan requests according to product guidelines. Prior to that, he served in executive leadership positions at mortgage and financial organizations, including National City Mortgage, Freedom Mortgage, Sovereign Bank and Bank of Boston.
