Parallon Appoints Brendan Courtney President and CEO of Workforce Management Solutions Business Unit

FRANKLIN, Tenn. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Parallon Business Solutions, a leading provider of healthcare business and operational services, today announced it has appointed Brendan Courtney as president and chief executive officer (CEO) of the company’s Workforce Management Solutions business unit, reporting directly to Parallon’s president and CEO, Michael O’Boyle. The announcement follows an extensive national search to find a permanent successor after the retirement of Jack Lisle in 2012.

Prior to joining Parallon, Courtney served as president at Randstad Finance & Accounting, Randstad Human Resources and The Mergis Group, one of the nation’s leading specialized professional placement firms. He also spent more than 20 years in a variety of senior leadership positions with professional services and recruiting companies, Spherion Corporation and A.J. Burton Group. Courtney graduated from Johns Hopkins University.
