EDAC Technologies Announces Annual Meeting Date

FARMINGTON, Conn., March 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- EDAC Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: EDAC), a diversified designer, manufacturer and servicer of precision components for aerospace and industrial applications, has scheduled its annual meeting of shareholders for May 1, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time and its record date for voting at the annual meeting as March 1, 2013. The annual meeting will be held at the offices of the Company at 500 Knotter Drive, Cheshire, CT 06410. The Company anticipates mailing proxy materials to its shareholders on or about March 20, 2013.
