GREENBELT, Md. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ASRC Federal announced today that Matt Allard has been named president of ASRC Federal Primus. In this role, Allard is responsible for overall leadership of ASRC Federal Primus, including strategic, financial and management oversight.
“Matt has an extensive track record of delivering customer-focused services to federal government agencies and building industry partnerships that drive growth,” said Paul Dillahay, ASRC Federal interim president and CEO. “Matt is a proven leader with a strong background in managing business development, operations and logistics teams, and implementing best practices to reduce operating expenses while improving quality.”
Allard has more than 30 years’ experience in the areas of operations, maintenance support and logistics, and has spent the last 20 years in senior leadership positions at Lockheed Martin. He most recently worked as division director for Lockheed Martin mission and space operations.
Allard previously served in various positions in the U.S. Air Force. He has a bachelor’s in computer science from California State University Bakersfield.
Allard succeeds Rick Payne, who left the company in November to pursue other interests.
