Directors Mark Evans, based in Los Angeles; Kelly Gibson, based in
Denver; and Joe Wasco based in New York.
In the first quarter 2013, Anametrix has hired nearly a dozen new
recruits – ranging from sales
professionals to data
scientists and product
marketers – to meet the increasing demand for multichannel,
marketing analytics solutions at Global 2000 companies, top publishers
and digital agencies.
Los Angeles, Calif.-based Sales Director Mark
Evans is a 20-year veteran of interactive marketing, media sales
and entertainment. Mark has worked with several well-known brands,
including AOL/Advertising.com, CBSSports.com, Revolution Money and
International Creative Management. Most recently, he was VP of sales
for social-media-platform start-up Fan Appz. He is a graduate of UCLA.
Gibson, a new sales director based in Denver, Colo., has helped
marketers manage multichannel and predictive analytics for
traditional- and social-marketing campaigns for nearly 20 years.
Before joining Anametrix, she was a founding executive and VP of
business development for predictive analytics firm CalmSea for more
than three years. She was also a director of B2B and global solutions
for vertical marketing leader QuinStreet, where she worked for eight
years and increased the number of clients and industry verticals by
more than 500 percent in her first year alone. She has also delivered
marketing-strategy consulting for a wide range of SaaS and mobile-app
vendors that serve the B2C market. She earned her B.S. in business
management from Santa Clara University.
Based in New York, N.Y., Sales Director Joe
Wasco has spent nearly 15 years helping Global 2000 brands
effectively leverage digital marketing and optimize ROMI (return on
marketing investment). Most recently an enterprise social sales
manager at Oracle via Vitrue’s acquisition, he has also served as a
brand management MBA associate at Nike and an account executive at
Sprint. He earned his MBA from RSM Erasmus University in 2009 and his
B.A. in history from Claremont McKenna College in 1999.
