Servidyne Expands Business Development Team

ATLANTA -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Servidyne Systems, LLC, a leading building optimization company that focuses on energy efficiency and sustainability, announced new additions to their growing staff. The Company has expanded its Business Development team and named Jim Davis as the vice president of business development and hired Jeff Gross as senior director of business development.

Jim Davis joined Servidyne in 2003 and has worked with building owners and property management firms with domestic and international portfolios on matters relating to sustainability and energy efficiency. His more than 25 years of experience in consulting with clients on strategic business solutions allows him to step into his business development role seamlessly.

Jeff Gross joined Servidyne as senior director of business development. He has more than 25 years of experience working between Fortune 1000 building portfolio owners, local governments and utilities to deliver results, leverage alternative financing vehicles, and meet compliance standards. Prior to joining Servidyne, Gross led Johnson Controls Southeast Water Solutions Practice and ESCO business development efforts. His previous experience also includes smart controls for water and energy efficiency as well as business analytics, sensor-based platforms and enterprise software solutions.
