Micron Technologies Announces Acquisition by Arlington Capital

MALVERN, Pa. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Micron Technologies, Inc. (www.microntech.com), a Malvern, Pennsylvania based company, today announced that it has been acquired by Arlington Capital Partners (www.arlingtoncap.com), a Washington, DC based private equity firm.

With locations in Malvern PA, USA and Dartford, UK, Micron Technologies is a leading international provider of particle size reduction and analytical services to the pharmaceutical industry. Micron provides first-class pharmaceutical micronization, milling and analytical services to more than 300 companies around the world and is a leader in air jet milling micronization.
