With nearly two decades of experience in enhancing operations and increasing revenues through improved compliance management at various companies, Syling will provide strategic leadership to further strengthen PerfectServe’s compliance programs.

Syling comes to PerfectServe after an illustrious career that includes working in both private and public-sector companies. Prior to joining PerfectServe, Syling served as the privacy compliance officer and project manager at Vanguard Health Systems, where she established processes for documentation and review for the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) Investigations and the Office of Inspector General (OIG). She also provided guidance on HITECH, HIPAA and FDA regulations and requirement. Syling has been the director of compliance and technology (assistant commissioner) at the State of Tennessee, where she reviewed all HIPAA/Security audits, ensuring compliance with program requirements. She has also previously served in various compliance management positions at Community Health Systems and the Woodland Medical Center.
