A veteran of the European financial industry, Mr. Kennel’s addition to the Board serves to further build on OANDA’s world-class leadership and market expertise.

Other OANDA Board members include Danny Rimer, a partner at venture capital firm Index Ventures and an investor in Internet infrastructure software and services companies; Renato Fassbind, an independent senior advisor and board member of several prestigious financial companies, including Vice-Chairman of Swiss Re Holding AG; Michael Stumm, co-founder of OANDA and a computer engineering professor at the University of Toronto; and Mich Mathews, a former Chief Marketing Officer of Microsoft Corporation.
