CONCORD, Mass. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Zettics, Inc.:
TM Forum’s Digital Disruption 2013 conference brings together key players and innovators in the digital ecosystem to focus on the challenges and opportunities being faced by service providers and their partners, including the use of advanced data analytics to improve customer engagement and increase revenues. The conference is happening October 28 to 31 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California.
At Digital Disruption 2013, Kevin McGinnis, vice president, Product Development & Technology for Pinsight Media+ at Sprint, will share a stage with John Gillespie, senior vice president at Zettics, to deliver the opening keynote for the Customer Engagement and Analytics Forum. This session will explore how operators can successfully monetize data and generate meaningful revenues in a privacy-compliant manner.
In particular, this presentation will discuss what third parties are asking for and what is practical given the operator’s current operating and regulatory environment. The presentation will identify what key sources of information deliver the highest revenue potential and explain how to develop a successful business development and sales channel.
Through Pinsight Media+, Sprint is an early adopter of data monetization services and will share best practices and winning strategies at the upcoming TM Forum event. Kevin McGinnis, vice president, Product Development & Technology for Pinsight Media+ at Sprint, added, “We launched Pinsight Media+ just over one year ago. Sprint’s strong customer base and unlimited network offering delivers industry leading engagement for advertisers who have a strong demand for custom campaigns, targeting and insights. To meet this demand, Sprint continues to develop and partner to bring the best in class solutions for mobile advertising to the market. Zettics has been a key relationship of ours in this effort and I look forward to discussing our success with them and to sharing real insights on data monetization at Digital Disruption later this month.”
