FAIRFAX, Va. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SRA International, Inc., a leading provider of IT solutions and professional services to government organizations, today announced that Doyle Choi has been appointed to the position of vice president, Civil Government Growth.
As vice president, Civil Government Growth, Choi is responsible for managing and developing a team of industry leading business development, capture and proposal professionals to support the growth objectives of SRA’s Civil Government Group.

Choi has more than 20 years of experience in federal contracting, including 17 years with Northrop Grumman. During his tenure at Northrop Grumman, Choi held numerous leadership positions including, Director of Business Development, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Director of Technology Solutions and also spent time as a Senior Systems Engineer. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Choi held application development positions at the National Institutes of Standards and Technology and NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center.
Choi attended the University of Maryland, earning a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management. He has also completed executive marketing programs at the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and the American Management Association. Choi is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and an active member in AFCEA International.
