ROCK HILL, S.C. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Comporium today announced it has appointed Dan Lehman as vice president of security, monitoring and automation (SMA), which is its wholesale dealer program for the “connected home” product. The promotion is effective as of Oct. 21.

Lehman, who has been actively involved in the sales and support of alarm products and services since he joined Comporium in 1987, continues to be responsible for all of Comporium SMA’s functional areas.

Lehman will continue to be based out of Rock Hill, S.C., within the Charlotte (N.C.) metropolitan area. Before his recent promotion, Lehman was serving as director and general manager since 2010. His previous positions included sales consultant, sales manager and general manager.
Lehman has served on the governor appointed S.C. Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation’s Contractors Licensing Board since 2002. He also continues to serve as a director of the South Carolina Alarm Association. He has held officer positions on both of those organizations’ boards of directors.
