Mackie brings 20 years of experience as a software development leader and has built and led high-performing teams to deliver cloud and on-premise solutions. Prior to joining Accela, Mackie served as senior director of Oracle's Taleo Talent Management Cloud Development, where he led engineering, quality assurance, product management and documentation teams across the U.S., Canada and Europe. Mackie defined product roadmaps and was instrumental in driving development efforts and delivering process improvements. Previously, Mackie held roles with organizations including PeopleSoft, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Ohio and Caterpillar Industrial.
