PHILADELPHIA -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Customized Energy Solutions (CES) has joined the OpenADR Alliance, as a Contributor Member. The OpenADR Alliance is a nonprofit corporation created to foster the development, adoption, and compliance of the Open Automated Demand Response smart grid standard. This partnership will enable CES to provide automated demand response signals and will provide clients “OpenADR™-ready” equipment to develop load management strategies to reduce customer’s costs.

This also includes the management of the Award winning Tata Power DSR program focusing on our automated demand side management capabilities with 85 facilities in the US and more than 35 facilities in India, representing over 175 MW of demand response capability through our hosted platform and our proprietary communications technology (CES | SecureNet).
OpenADR Quote - "We are very pleased to have CES join the OpenADR Alliance," said Barry Haaser, managing director, OpenADR Alliance. "This is a great time to be involved in the alliance as demand for OpenADR related products and services is growing among system operators and utilities worldwide."
