IRVINE, Calif. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Netwrix Corporation (www.netwrix.com), the award-winning configuration auditing software company, today announced that industry veteran Nick Cavalancia has joined the company as vice president of marketing.

Nick Cavalancia has more than 18 years of marketing and sales experience in the enterprise IT software-related industry. At Netwrix he is responsible for leading the marketing team, developing and managing all marketing strategies, and launching new products to help drive demand for Netwrix corporate solutions.
Prior to joining Netwrix, Cavalancia was the vice president of marketing at SpectorSoft where he lead the marketing team to drive the company’s growth, while simultaneously evangelizing the need for activity monitoring as a crucial part of a complete security strategy. For almost seven years prior to SpectorSoft, Cavalancia was the vice president of Windows Management at ScriptLogic where he ran the worldwide marketing for the company, which was acquired by Quest Software and is now a part of DELL.
Cavalancia is an accomplished consultant, trainer, speaker, columnist, and patent holder. He has authored, co-authored and contributed to over a dozen books on Windows, Active Directory, Exchange and other Microsoft technologies and has held numerous industry certifications, including MCSE, MCT, MCNE, and MCNI.
Cavalancia attended Florida Atlantic University.
